The first review is for Attribute Apples.
This is a nifty little set. There are 5 attributes (size, color, and physical attributes). These are going to be a wonderful center for the fall. They will tie in perfectly to an apple unit <wink, wink>. They can be used for sorting, patterning, and counting (I'm sure there are TONS of other ways we will be able to use them. I can't wait to use them with our Sorting Circles! The apples are durable and super cute! The little container is made to resemble a basket. It will hold up. The entire set is great quality...exactly what we have come to expect from Learning Resources.
The set retails for $21.99. For one lucky reader....it will be free! Here's how to to enter...
1. You must follow Learning Resources on either...

I actually went to my kindergarten classroom today to check some things out and get a headstart before the kiddos return in August. There are already soooooo many great goodies at the Dollar Tree and the dollar spot at Target. I too have spent too much already - guess it's hard to stop thinking about school even on our summer break. Love those bargains!
Would love to have a set of the attribute apples - so many possibilities!

I am now following Learning Resources on Pinterest. I already follow your blog. And the answer to the question about school supplies, is that my initial reactions is NOOOOOOO!!!!! It's only the first of July, school can't start, it's still summer!!!!!!!!!!!! Then when I look at the ads in the Sunday paper, I'm making a list and ready to go out and buy the super cheap deals that are listed. I think I have an addiction to cheap, I mean inexpensive school supplies! Here's hoping I can add to my apple unit. ;)
ReplyDeleteI follow Learning Resources on facebook and I follow your blog. I love seeing school supplies in the store and buying new pens, but the thought of school starting when my summer's only half done is sad. I'd love this apple attribute kit! judeeastman@gmail.com

I follow and love your blog. I follow Learning Resources on Pinterest (my obsession). I love the school supplies being out but also love knowing I still have a month and a half before school starts since I am a yankee. I also love that there are great deals for my families that don't have a lot to spend- I want to call all parents and be like run to Walmart and get those 25 cent crayons and save some money!

Well, I now follow Learning Resources on Pinterest, and I've been following your blog for a long time now! :) As far as school supplies...I am always eager to get the best deal, so I'm a bit excited to "nail down" the supplies I need to get. Today I ran errands and got glue sticks, markers, and folders...and lots of "miscellaneous"! :)
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are continuing to post. You are in my thoughts and prayers!

Hi Shannon. I follow your blog, and LR on FB, Pinterest and Twitter. I have an addiction for school supplies, ever since I was a little girl. Now that I am a mom, I hear that Staples ad with the song, "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!" playing in my head when we go back to school shopping...hee, heee!
